Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for heavy machinery. Using advanced diagnostic tools like thermal imaging cameras and AR-assisted troubleshooting, you’ll work directly with clients across Central Alberta to ensure their equipment is running at peak performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in machinery maintenance and repairs, preferably in heavy equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

  • Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging cameras, vibration analyzers, and borescopes.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel across Central Alberta.

Predictive Maintenance Specialist

Join our team as a Predictive Maintenance Specialist, where you’ll manage the implementation of our predictive maintenance subscription program. You will analyze real-time data from IoT sensors and AI systems to detect early signs of equipment failure, providing actionable insights and maintenance plans for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.

  • Experience in predictive maintenance or condition-based monitoring for heavy machinery.

  • Proficiency with IoT sensors, AI analytics, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).

  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to translate insights into actionable work orders.

Remanufacturing Technician

As a Remanufacturing Technician, you will restore and remanufacture heavy machinery components to OEM standards. Using CNC machines and precision grinders, you’ll ensure parts are accurately measured and tested. You’ll collaborate with Quality Control to uphold performance standards and contribute to improving efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mechanical or industrial remanufacturing, preferably in heavy machinery or automotive sectors.

  • Proficiency with CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and precision measurement tools.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and restore components to OEM-level specifications.

  • Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) and dynamic testing methods.

Quality Control and Compliance Officer

The Quality Control and Compliance Officer ensures IronClad’s services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll oversee final inspections, validate component quality, and maintain full traceability through our CMMS. This role requires expertise in quality management systems (ISO-9001) and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all services meet IronClad’s high standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in quality management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in quality control and compliance, ideally in heavy machinery or industrial settings.

  • Knowledge of ISO-9001 quality management standards and internal auditing processes.

  • Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) and other inspection techniques.

Consulting and Training Specialist

As a Consulting and Training Specialist, you will design and deliver customized training programs for clients, focusing on heavy machinery operation, safety, and maintenance practices. You’ll use VR simulators and data-driven analytics to help clients enhance their workforce skills, improve operational efficiency, and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in industrial engineering, workforce development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in delivering training programs for machinery operation, safety, and maintenance.

  • Expertise in using VR simulators and interactive technologies for skills training.

Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth for IronClad. This role is essential for establishing long-term client relationships and expanding IronClad’s footprint in the heavy machinery repair and maintenance industry.

Marketing Specialist
